Bring us a business problem

The most useful first conversation begins with a result: what should be better for a customer, an operation or the business, and why is that change difficult today?

You do not need a completed AI strategy, business case, detailed backlog or target architecture. An early coding-agent experiment, a citizen-built application, a security concern or a useful outcome that is not reaching production is enough to begin.

Helpful context

If you can, tell us three things:

  • which customer, operational or commercial outcome should change, and how you would recognise success;
  • what you have already tried with AI, and what prevents safe wider use;
  • what currently stops a useful software change reaching production.

Anything else that matters — security constraints, deadlines, whether this is a new system or a modernisation — can wait until we talk.

We will use the first conversation to decide whether AI Delivery Readiness is the right first step, whether there is a useful production outcome to pursue, and whether we are the right people to deliver it with you.

A good fit

We are most useful when a worthwhile outcome should be reaching production sooner; when AI experiments are promising but enterprise adoption is blocked; when domain experts are building outside a safe enterprise path; or when a critical system has become too difficult to change.

If access to a coding agent is all you need, we will say so. Our work should make valuable change safer, faster or less expensive — not add process around a problem you do not have.
